                             ----> Beachfront Property <----

   This is one of several maps i'll be releasing using the existing original tilesets
that shipped with Total Annihilation. All of these maps were originally created for the
purpose of testing the map Annihilator in each of its developement phases. In additon
they assisted me in testing the new Cavedog units and user units as they were release.
i.e. helped me assess the strengths and weaknesses of the new units for my own knowledge
base.

Size: 30 x 12.5
Ram required: 32 Megs
Number of players: 2 to 4, or up to two teams of four players each.
Uncompressed size: 7,777kb
Compressed size: 1.907mb

   What this map features;

	1. This map is basically a much larger version of Shore to Shore, more
	   then twice the original height.

	2. The large hillsides on both beaches have been eliminted and the beaches
	   have been littered with growth and small mounds instead (this is the
	   major difference from Shore to Shore.

	3. A large number of islands and reefs have been added to the mid map sea.

        4. This map has reasonable speed on 32 Meg machines at more then 300 units.

	5. Oh and beware of the forests, they can hide your enemys antinukes so
           burnem out if you feel the need. (Remember massive forest fires may
           cause lag in game with large numbers of units in play)

Installation:
1) Make a subdirectory: \maps. For example, if Total Annihilation is in
                        C:\cavedog\totala, then make a subdirectory,
                        c:\cavedog\totala\maps

2) Uncompress the zip using Winzip or another util, and when prompted for a
destination directory, extract all files to "c:\cavedog\totala\maps", or whatever path
you created in step one might have been.

3) Bingo done!

4) Now go play.

Hope you like it, have fun, and remember go get yourself some of that prime beachfront
property!!! ;>
